AI call center for Georgian-language support

Ertaoza’s call-center direction brings Georgian voice assistants and agents into a telephone workflow. The aim is a clear first line for recurring questions, not an unqualified promise to replace operators. Start by separating the calls that can follow a known process from those that need human judgment.

A bounded first-line call workflow

  1. Receive and clarify

Establish why the person is calling.

  2. Answer or check

Use approved information or a permitted connected source.

  3. Resolve or hand over

Verify the result or transfer the case through the agreed route.

A planning example, not a live telephone service or a claim about current call handling.

What is an AI call center?

An AI call-center workflow uses voice technology to receive a call, interpret the request and provide an answer, route the caller or request a permitted action. It needs a telephone connection, current business information and a defined human fallback in addition to speech and language models.

Which calls belong in the first scope?

Review the reasons people call and choose one bounded scenario. Keep complaints, exceptional decisions and cases without a reliable information source on an explicit operator route.

  • Explain an approved service procedure or opening hours.
  • Clarify why the person is calling and identify the appropriate team.
  • Collect the required details for a request, subject to an agreed data policy.
  • Check a booking or request status only through an authorized connection.

Plan the telephone channel before promising automation

Identify the number, provider and call-routing setup. SIP or another telephone integration may be relevant, but compatibility and permissions must be checked with the actual service. This page does not promise a supplied telephone number or support for every provider.

Test with the audio conditions of real calls, including compression, noise, interrupted speech and silence. A successful browser demonstration does not establish telephone readiness.

Make operator handoff part of the design

Agree when a caller can request a person, which team receives the call and what happens when no operator is available. The next step should be understandable; the caller should not be left in an endless question loop.

If a summary accompanies a handoff, distinguish recognized words from generated interpretation. Important facts and any attempted business action must be traceable to the conversation and connected system.

Availability and capacity need an operational plan

After-hours coverage, simultaneous calls and response times depend on the complete deployment: the phone provider, infrastructure, models, business systems and support arrangements. They cannot be established by a “24/7” label alone.

For a pilot, define fallback routing, monitoring, incident ownership and the point at which automation should be paused. No uptime, call-capacity figure or response-time guarantee is published here.

Measure successful handling, not just answered calls

Check whether the caller received correct information, whether a requested action was saved, and whether a needed handoff succeeded. Review errors and repeat contacts as well as completed calls. Use the findings to decide whether the first scope should be expanded.

Questions and answers

Can Ertaoza help create a Georgian AI call center?

Yes. Ertaoza has a call-center direction and creates Georgian voice assistants and agents. The telephone integration, first use case and operator fallback need to be defined for the project.

Can it work with my existing telephone number?

That depends on your provider, call-routing configuration and available integration. Check the exact setup before assuming the existing number can be connected.

Will AI replace all operators?

That is not the approach described here. Start with recurring, bounded requests and retain a human route for uncertainty, complaints and decisions outside the agreed scope.

Is round-the-clock service guaranteed?

No availability guarantee is made on this page. Service hours, capacity, fallback routing and operational support must be agreed and verified for the complete deployment.

Scope and availability

This page describes project planning, not an active call service, a supplied telephone number, a customer case study or a service-level guarantee.
