AI voice agents for Georgian business conversations
Ertaoza creates AI voice agents for tasks that go beyond answering a question. We design the path from a spoken request to a checked result: what the agent may do, which system it may contact, when it needs confirmation and when a person must take over.
A proposed booking workflow
Clarify
Collect the task and the required details.
Check and confirm
Check the connected source and ask the person to confirm.
Act and verify
Request the permitted action and verify its actual result.
What is an AI voice agent?
An AI voice agent combines a spoken conversation with a task-oriented workflow. Depending on the agreed integration, it may retrieve information or request an action from a business system. A generated sentence is not proof of success: the system’s actual response determines whether the action completed.
Start with one action the business can verify
Choose a task with clear inputs and a checkable outcome. The examples below describe possible project scopes, not preconfigured integrations or current customer deployments.
- Booking requests: collect the required details, check availability and confirm the selected option.
- Customer requests: record an agreed request in a connected CRM or ticketing system.
- Status enquiries: retrieve permitted information from the designated source rather than guessing.
- Call routing: clarify the purpose and transfer the case to the appropriate person or team.
A conversation is not the same as a completed action
A safe booking flow separates a proposed time, the customer’s confirmation and the booking system’s saved result. If the system reports a conflict or does not respond, the agent must not say that the appointment is booked.
The same principle applies to CRM updates, cancellations and support requests. Define how the workflow handles retries, duplicate requests, missing permissions and partial failures before it is used with customers.
CRM, calendar and telephone integration
The integration starts with your existing tools and the access they permit. A public API, an approved connector and a telephone channel each have different requirements. Available actions, authentication and data fields must be checked for the specific system.
Ertaoza’s own STT, LLM and TTS models provide the speech and language layers. The integration layer controls which external operations are allowed; the language model should not create those permissions for itself.
Keep human control over exceptions
Decide which requests the agent must decline or hand over. Sensitive decisions, conflicting records and unclear consent need a defined human route. Tell the person what will happen next instead of trapping them in a repeated dialogue.
For a telephone deployment, also agree how callers are informed about automation and how conversation data is handled. Retention, access and recording requirements belong in the project review, not in an assumed default.
Evaluate the whole workflow, not just a convincing voice
Use a test set that includes interrupted speech, changed requests, unavailable time slots, slow systems and operator handoff. Review whether the final record matches the customer’s confirmed request. Voice quality and a successful API response alone do not demonstrate end-to-end task completion.
Questions and answers
Does Ertaoza build custom AI voice agents?
Yes. Ertaoza creates AI voice agents and defines the dialogue, action boundaries and integration requirements around a specific business task.
How is an agent different from an assistant?
The terms overlap in practice. Here, an assistant primarily answers and guides; an agent adds a defined workflow for retrieving information or performing an authorized action. An assistant can become part of that workflow.
Can it connect to any CRM or calendar?
A connection depends on the target system’s interfaces, permissions and required operations. Compatibility must be confirmed for the exact system; this page does not promise universal or one-click integration.
How much does a voice agent cost?
A useful estimate needs the task scope, conversation channel, expected workload, integrations and human support requirements. We do not publish a fixed agent price on this page.
