Ertaoza · Voice and dialogue
AI voice assistant that speaks Georgian
Ertaoza creates AI voice assistants for Georgian-language conversations. Our own speech-to-text, language and text-to-speech models connect what a person says with a relevant spoken response. We start with the questions your assistant should answer and the situations a person should handle.
From a spoken question to a spoken answer
STT · Listen
Turn the spoken request into text.
LLM · Interpret
Use the request and approved context to prepare an answer.
TTS · Speak
Return the answer in Georgian speech.
What is an AI voice assistant?
An AI voice assistant is a conversational interface that receives spoken requests and responds through voice or text. A Georgian voice assistant combines speech recognition, language processing and speech synthesis. Useful assistance also needs reliable information, clear limits and a way to ask for human help.
Built around Georgian, not just a translated interface
A Georgian-language project needs more than Georgian menu labels. Names, inflected words, addresses, numbers and borrowed terminology all belong in the conversation design. A useful answer should be short enough to follow by ear and specific enough to help the caller.
We use your approved questions and reference information to define the dialogue. Unclear input should lead to a clarifying question, not a confident guess. Important names, dates and contact details should be repeated for confirmation.
Where a voice assistant can help
Choose a bounded first use case rather than asking one assistant to handle everything. These are project scenarios to discuss, not claims about an already connected customer system.
- Customer information: explain opening hours, service steps and frequently asked questions from an approved source.
- Website or application assistance: help a person find the relevant information without navigating every screen.
- Internal knowledge: explain a procedure and identify when a colleague needs to take over.
- Accessible content: make written guidance available as spoken Georgian.
Ertaoza’s own STT, LLM and TTS models
The STT model turns speech into text. The LLM processes the request and helps prepare a response using the context provided to it. The TTS model turns the response into spoken Georgian. Each layer has a separate role and needs its own evaluation.
Model ownership does not replace project testing. Before a rollout, check representative recordings, the correctness of answers, pronunciation and the full time between a spoken request and its response.
Voice assistant or voice agent: which do you need?
The terms sometimes overlap. On this site, the assistant page focuses on conversation and information; the voice agent page focuses on a workflow that may also perform an authorized action in a connected system.
If you need answers and guidance, start with the assistant. If you need a booking, request registration or another system update, also define the integration, permissions and confirmation process described on the agent page.
What to prepare for a first project
Bring a short set of real questions, approved answers and examples of difficult cases. Agree on the channel, the information the assistant may use and the point at which it must stop or hand over. Do not send customer recordings or personal information before agreeing how they will be handled.
- Define the first task and a successful outcome.
- Identify the source of business information and who keeps it current.
- Test unclear speech, missing information and requests outside scope.
- Review results before widening the assistant’s responsibilities.
Questions and answers
Does Ertaoza create Georgian voice assistants?
Yes. Ertaoza creates Georgian AI voice assistants and has its own TTS, STT and LLM models. The dialogue scope, channel and delivery requirements are defined for each project.
Is this a downloadable app or a free online assistant?
This page describes Ertaoza’s assistant development work. It is not a public assistant demo, app download or self-service subscription. Contact us to discuss a specific use case.
Can the assistant make a booking?
A booking needs more than a spoken answer. It requires an authorized connection to a booking system, an availability check, user confirmation and a verified result. That workflow is covered on the AI voice agent page.
What happens when it cannot answer?
A project should define a fallback: ask a clarifying question, state that information is unavailable or hand the conversation to a person. It should not invent business facts or claim an action was completed.
Scope and availability
Channel support, model versions, integrations and delivery terms are discussed for the individual project. This page does not promise a measured accuracy rate or an already deployed connection to your systems.
