An AI Automation Stack for Georgian Companies: Where to Start
A practical sequence for starting AI automation: a knowledge base, chat, voice, and then CRM workflows.
The common mistake is trying to build everything at once. A useful stack begins with the questions customers ask most often, not the most complex integration.
1. Organize the knowledge base first
Every chatbot, voice agent, and CRM workflow depends on the same foundation: a clear, current answer and a reliable place to find it.
When FAQs, service rules, prices, processes, and messages are scattered, automation will produce inconsistent answers.
2. Add chat next
Starting with chat is often the lowest-risk step because teams can review questions and refine answers quickly.
A chatbot also reveals which questions arrive repeatedly and where a person should take over.
3. Add a voice agent where calls create a real bottleneck
If the business receives a high volume of phone requests, voice becomes the natural next step. By then, the knowledge base and the first version of the conversation flow are already in place.
4. Connect CRM workflows last
CRM integration is most valuable once the team knows which fields, stages, and actions matter.
A deliberate sequence lowers risk and makes production deployment faster and easier to measure.
